SHIPPING & RETRUNS
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Best Boy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items:
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are non-returnable.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email@bestboy.com] with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Pack your item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email@bestboy.com].
Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
